1.    Natural breathing:-
It is a top technique of stress management among others. The simple way is feel the rise and fall of your stomach with your breathing. It is also called belly breathing or natural breathing whereas chest breathing (as most of people do) is an abnormal or unnatural way. Breathing with one nostril while blocking the other with the help of your thumb and middle finger and vice-versa is the best way to improve the stomach breathing.

2.    Meditation:-
It is associated to that particular party of our brain which is related with anxiety, fear and stress. The process of medication helps in keeping the mind empty. It also helps you to be in present, think about present and remove all the worries regarding past and future.sit silently at a calm place, close your eyes, feel the thoughts coming in your mind, notice useless thoughts and push them out.

3.    Yoga:-
It is an ancient Indian way of relaxation. It is a combination of physical and mental exercise. In this, the techniques of relaxing mind and body at a time are included. Combination of these techniques can be tried at home. For little training and to start-up books, videos and sites are available on the net can be visited. Except yoga music therapy or massage can be tried.

4.    Muscle relaxation:-
During stress you may feel that your muscles are tightening. A pain in the neck shoulders or back can be felt. It is not only a sign of stress but it also increases the stress. Give some time for physical exercise every day. Even while working in the same position at workplace for long period, take a little break and try to round your neck clockwise and anti-clockwise, up and down, roll your eyes circular, try to see upward as much as you can close your eyes for few seconds and feel the energy and relaxation. These are some of the immediate stress relieving exercises to be tried at workplace.

5.    Spend time in nature:-
Go outside on a morning walk and try to do all the above noted breathing, mediations, yoga , muscle exercise etc in natural fresh air. Keep your Smartphone switched-off or better to leave it at home. If it is not possible to go even up to the nearby park, try to watch the pictures of nature at home. Wild life channels of the television can be watched.

6.    Music /game/hobby:-
Do your favourite things to become stress free or to reduce its level at the lowest. Listen to calm and meaningful songs it also brings the blood pressure down. Play any of your favourite game and prefer outdoor games. When you are in the process of play you may feel mind-free and relaxed. Give time to your hobbies as gardening, fishing, stamps collection, reading, art and craft etc. Spending time with pet is another way to release stress.

7.    Be with Family, friends, groups and even with self:-
Try to meet new people, talk to them, and share your thoughts with your family and friends. Spend time with friends- preferred are those below 5 years of age or above 75 years of age. Share feelings with your friends, discuss with them try to join a club or any support group having good people as its members. Meet them, spend time with them, and be active in social/cultural ceremonies. Talk to yourself calmly. When needed laugh, cry, be angry and show all of your emotions.

For all above noted tips, investment in the shape of money is not required but little time is required. These techniques are helpful in bringing the stress level at low level and if done in routine you may get rid of all kinds of stress related problems.
