Here is the list of eatables having calories- foods rich in proteins as chicken, eggs, fish, beans, nuts etc. Proteins are necessary for muscle building. Foods rich in fat- one third of total calories are received from fats as canola oil, olive oil, avocados, seeds, fish oil etc. Foods rich in carbs- 50 % of calories are received from carbs as from vegetables, fruits, beans, potatoes, whole gram products, rice, oatmeal etc.
